(c) For Liquid Assets , only Bank statement with balance (between 8/1/2019 to 23/1/2019) or FDR or Credit line is allowed.
(d) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 5 (Five) percent above or below the official Approved cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
