All bidders from eligible source countries of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
Specific Similar Experience: At least one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, with a value of BDT 1,000,000,000.
Average Annual Construction Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 1,800,000,000 over the last five (5) years.
Liquid Assets or Credit Facilities: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Bidder shall be BDT 230,000,000.

iii) Extension of 4nos. existing sluice gate 1.20mX1.50m-1vent at Ch.687m, Ch.5175m, Ch.6275m, Ch.10710m and replacement of 2nos. existing damaged sluice gate 1.20mX1.50m-1vent at Ch. 10025m, Ch. 11641m on Rupshi GC - Kanchan GC via Murapara GC road;
