INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of minimum 6 (six) storied RCC building of Tk. 20 (Twenty) crore in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 10 (ten) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) financial years of Tk. 45 (Forty Five) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 9 (Nine) crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tender non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 23 (Twenty Three) crore.To Calculate minimum Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5years .
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
(g) Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA) is not allowed as per direction of Police Head Quarters vide memo no: Estate & Revenue/Bibidh/02-2013/185 Dated: 19/02/2019.
