INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a. The Minimum Number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the Construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub- Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.
b. The Minimum Specific Experience as a prime Contractor or Sub- Contractor or Management Contractor in RCC Construction works of at least 1 (One) number Contract of 08- Storied building with Single Basement including Civil, Sanitary and electrical works successfully Completed within the Last 5 (Five) Years with a value of at least Tk. 51.00 (Fifty one) Crore in Govt/ Semi- Govt./ Autonomous Organization.
d. The tenderer Shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during Last 5 (Five) financial years of Tk 52.00 (Fifty Two) Crore. Only payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
e. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities as PWD3-7 format of the Tenderer Shall be Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Crore. Documents Submitted along with the Tender must be issued in between Tender Publication and Submission date.
f. The minimum tender capacity shall be TK 54.00 (Fifty Four) Crore. To Calculate Tender Capacity Tenderer must Submit List of Contract Agreement, Upto date payment Certificate for on- going and the Completed Contract under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years.
g. The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade licence, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board. |
