INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electric Installation Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) number of Electrification work including Sub-Station (minimum 800KVA) , Generator (minimum 250KVA), Fire Protection system (for at least 05-storied building) and other External Electrification works total amounting to Tk. 300.00 Lac in a single or Two Work Order completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 550.00 Lac over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 175.00 Lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form PW3-7, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC and Supervisory License.
(f) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade license and VAT Registration Certificate.
(g) In case of tie for the evaluated price, the lowest evaluated tenderer shall be selected based on past performance mentioned in ITT clause no-44.2 So all tenderers are requested to submit the related documents mentioned in ITT clause no. 44.2 (form e-PW3-5[A, B]). And All other conditions as mentioned in STD must be fulfilled.
(h) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.390.00 Lac Only. |
