INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in
Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction
works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and
methods/construction technology including supply, installation, testing &
commissioning of one lift successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years,
each with a value of at least Tk.270 lakh in Government/SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 800 Lakh
over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous
Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or
credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 135 Lakh. Document of Liquid
Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication
date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid
Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to
the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form PW3-7, otherwise the tender will
be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC, Supervisory License, Income
Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade license and VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) In case of tie for the evaluated price, the lowest evaluated tenderer shall be
selected based on past performance mentioned in ITT clause no-44.2 So all
tenderers are requested to submit the related documents mentioned in ITT
clause no. 44.2 (form e-PW3-5[A, B]). And all other conditions as mentioned in
STD must be fulfilled.
(g) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.300Lakh Only |
