INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Repair,Renovation and construction works of any type of Building (Specially Factory Building)
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Renovation/Retrofitting/Construction works including RCC Works , Civil/Construction, Plumbing/Sanitary, Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System, Fire Detection & Protection System and Electrical works of Government / Semi Government / Autonomous organization/Renowned Company of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.100.00 (One Hundred) Lac in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual Renovation/Retrofitting/ construction turn over amounting Tk.150.00 (One Hundred Fifty ) Lac during last 5 (Five) Years. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public/ renowned company sector during last 05 (Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.75.00 (Seventy Five) Lac. Document (Supported by Bank Statement) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
e) The Prescribed Form of Tender Documents (Form ePW2a-1-3B) to be properly filled up by Tenderer and those Forms must be submitted with the Tender, otherwise the Tenderer will be non-responsive.
f) Must have up to date Contractory and ABC Electrical supervisory Licences, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade licence.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 to tender Document. |
