INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in RCC Construction works of at least 1(one) number of 03(Three) storied building with Civil, Sanitary and internal Electrification Works in a Single Contract successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 550(Five Hundred and Fifty) Lakh in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organisation.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(Five) financial years of Tk. 1000 (One Thousand) Lakh.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or capital facilities as PW3-7 format of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lakh.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 700 (Seven Hundren) Lakh .
6. The tenderer must possess up-to-date trade license, ABC license, BIN, TIN. |
