| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) years of overall experience. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (three) contracts completion certificate of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) maintenance related services with Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous organization with a value of at least Tk. 60 (Sixty) Lac in last 3 (three) years.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least Tk. 60.00 (sixty) Lac over the last three years.
4. The bidder must have an IT or ITES or Nationwide ISP License from concern authority.
5. Tenderers shall have credit line facilities against this tender/liquid asset of at least Tk. 50.00 (fifty) Lac supported by documentary evidence as per tender document.
6. Tenderer should have experience in maintenance of connectivity with at least one (1) KPI project with Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous organization.
7. Tenderer must have qualified Engineers and Technicians as per tender document.
8. Others terms and conditions as per tender document.
