INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for performing the Contract:
(i) 10 years of overall working experience in the field of construction of Natural Gas Pipeline as Prime Contractor;
(ii) Natural Gas Pipeline Construction Contractors enlisted with PETROBANGLA or its Companies under category 1.4. The Validity of enlistment should be up to June 2019.
(iii) a)The bidders must have Specific experience as a Prime Contractors of at least one contract with a value of Tk. 6.00 (six) Crore in Supply of materials and Construction, Testing & Commissioning on turn-key basis of at least one Natural Gas Pipeline with the following specifications during last 10 (ten) years:

Length : Min. 4 Km
Dia : Min. 6” DN
Pressure: Min. 1000 Psig
Pressure Regulation
Gas Flow Capacity : Min. 5.0 MMSCFD
Inlet Pressure : Min. 3000 Psig
Outlet Pressure : Min. 1000 Psig
b) The bidders are required to submit job completion certificate evidencing Specific experience as stated in (a) above. Bidders are also required to submit certificate evidencing bidder’s experience on Procurement & Supply of Pipeline Materials.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 10.00 (ten) crore. The Tenderer shall submit bank solvency certificate/bank statement issued not before one (1) month from the date of tender opening.
Note: All Experience time will be counted backwards from the date of tender opening. |
