Selling Tender Document (Principal)

1.Upto date Trade Licence.
2. Upto Date VAT Certificate.
3. Upto Date INCOME TAX Certificate from NBR.
4. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover per yea Tk.380 lac , during last 5 (five) years . Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk.73 lac, of the tenderer shall be. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
6. Up-to-dateABCcategoryOriginalmoneyreceiptmustbeenclosedwiththetender.contractorandsupervisorylicensefromelectricityLicensingBoard,GovernmentofBangladesh.
7.Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 years of general experience in construction works . As pern successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC building Construction works to in a single contract amount tk 220 lac during last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization
8. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk, 270 lac
09. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated cost shall be rejected.
