INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature (Factory / Store building with installation of Overhead Crane), complexity and methods / construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 [Five] years, each with a value of at least Taka. 5 (Five) Crore.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka 7 (Seven) Crore over the last 5 (Five) years.
(d) Up-to-date the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 1 (One) Crore.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Taka 5,10,00,000.00 (Five Crore Ten Lacs).
(f) The Tenderer shall have up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the tender and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of EGCB Ltd.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
Note 1 : Years shall be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Note 2: Tenderer must submit proper evidence (s) from concern body / institution. |
