Coal/Bulk Handled over the last 5 years through at least 1 such terminal operated by the Bidder over the last five years =40 million ton or more.
Relevant Ownership Experience:
Net Worth of the Bidder in such companies = at least USD 200million.
Experience in Raising Debt:
Debt raised by the Bidder for such terminals =at least USD 250 million;
Debt raised by the Bidder in 1 single such project =at least USD 150 million.
Financial Capability:
Net Worth of the Bidder in any operating company or companies =at least USD 225 million.
Net Worth of the designated Lead Member in any operating company or companies =at least USD 100 million
Ability to Provide Equity:
