1. As described in Tender Document
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tender in the construction work as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor shall be five(05) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
3. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tender in the construction work as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of least BDT- 95.00 Lac.
4. The requiredverage average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT- Tk 170.00 lac Over the last 05 (Five) years. (2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19 & 2019-20)
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT- 38.00 lac. In case of liquid assets, statement (Print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 01 month before bid submission deadline, in case of referencing to this package number should be considered for evaluation.
