(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in similar construction works of at least 1(One) contract(s)successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk.15,00,00,000.00 (Taka fifteen crore only)involving building works for Lot-1 to Lot-4 respectively and Tk.10,00,00,000.00 (Taka ten crore only)involving building finishing & electro-mechanical works for Lot-5& Lot-6 respectively. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology, etc. & other conditions are specified in the TDS.
