INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor
Or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 [one number]
Contract of similar nature complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 [five] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 240 [Taka Two Hundred forty] lakh (in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh)
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 516 [Five Hundred Sixteen] Lakh over the last 5 [Five] years. (in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh)
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 86 [Eighty Six] Lakh
e) The minimum capacity shall be 255 (Two Hundred fifty five)
Lakh
f) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, e-VAT Registration Certificate, ABC License, Electric Supervisory License and all necessary documents.
g) ) Pro-rata Progress: The Contractor shall maintain following progress of works (in terms of value of the works) as part of his obligation pursuant to GCC Clause 42.
h) ) The Tenderer must have steel formwork.
