INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of the Tenderer in
the Construction Works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management
shall be 5 (Five) Years.
B) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor
or Management Contractor in Construction Works under Public Sector of at
Least 01 (One) Contract(s) of 03(Three) Storied RCC Frame Structure
building construction work including Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification works
Successfully Completed in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization of
Bangladesh within the Last 05 years, with a Value of at least Tk 8.00 (Eight)
Crore.
C) The Minimum Amount of Financial Resources as Liquid Asset or Working
Capital or Credit Line(s) or Specific Credit Commitment or in Any Combination
of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3.00 (Three) Crore. (Must be Issued
Within Publication of IFT in e-GP System to the Last Date of Lodgment of the
Tender and must be Followed by the Appropriate Format in the Form of e-
PW3-8).
D) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Crore. Relevant
Documents in Support of the Tender Capacity must be Submitted with the
Tender.
E) The Required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be Greater than
Tk 13.00 (Thirteen) Crore over the Last 05 (Five) Financial Years.
F) The Tenderer must possess: (i) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.(iii) Valid VAT Registration
Certificate (Up-to-date 13 Digit BIN).(iv) Up-to-date ABC Category Contractor
and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
All Other Conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT and All Necessary Documents Must
Submit in e-PW3 Format. Otherwise, Tenderer will be Rejected. Any
Ambiguity between Tender Data Sheet (TDS), PCC and Tender Notice;
Information of Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & PCC will Prevail in All Respect.
