INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector at least one (1) contract of R.C.C. building construction work including civil, sanitary, internal electrification works of BDT 3.50 (Three Point Five) crore in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 4.50 (Four Point Five) Crore over the last five (5) financial years.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 2.40 (Two Point Four) Crore.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 3.50 (Three Point Five) crore.
(f) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
(ii) VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet of tender documents. |
