• The minimum number of 04 (Four) years of general experience of the Tenderer in Survey related works.
• Tenderers must have the office in Chattogram.
• Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
• Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh |

To take ullage survey of petroleum products on board the Mother Vessel. at Chittagong Outer Anchorage/ Dolphine Oil Jetty MI.
To issue tank dryness certificate after completion of discharge of cargo.
To take ullage/ dip of each lighter vessels/coastal tankers.
To take ullage/dip of shore tank(s) situated at POCL/MPL/JOCL/ERL premises.
To survey and report fitness of shore pipe line before commencement of discharge.
