INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial Court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2025.
(ii) The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be Minimum 05 (Five)Years.
(iii) The minimum specific experience (Work completion certificate along with NOA/ Work Order should be submitted) of satisfactory completion of similar nature of Construction/Remodeling/Repair works (Civil) of at least Tk. 130 (One hundred Thirty) Lac in a single tender under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body in the last 05 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper).
(iv) Annual Average Turnover (Work completion certificate along with NOA/Work Order should be submitted) shall be at least Tk. 400(Four hundred ) Lac in the last 03 (Three) years (Years counting backward from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper).
(v) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.150(One hundred Fifty ) Lac. Documents must be issued in between the publication date and submission date of the tender as per form PW2A-8 must be submitted for this purpose.( Form e-PW2A-8 without alteration from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, and issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the initial (if applicable) deadline for submission of Tender.)
(vi) Up to date Trade License,BIN, Up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
(vii) Up to date ABC electrical contractory or A/BC electrical supervisory license of the bidding entity /technical personnel working in the bidding entity.
(viii) Brochures of Air-cooler and Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship certificate must be submitted. |
