INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The Tenderer shall have
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of supply and installation of Chiller based air conditioning system successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 120 Lac only.
a. specific experience, of the entity(s) participating in the Tender, in construction works under public sector of similar nature and size as stated, substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s);
iii) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 220 Lac over the last 05 financial years or best 05 years in the last 10 financial years.
iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as credit lines Tk. 165.00 Lac as credit commitment in the prescribed form of STD from any scheduled bank.
v) The minimum tender capacity shall be TK. 135.00 Lac only.
vi) Up to date Valid Trade License. (FY 25-26)
vii) Valid VAT Certificate/ BIN certificate.
viii) Up to date Valid ABC class Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh;
ix) Up to date valid income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
2. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Tender Documents and upload sections (Section-6).
3. If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the tenderer will be non-responsive. |
