INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) Years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) Number of similar Works of Tk. 250 Lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 160 Lakh over the last 05 financial years or best 03 years in the last 05 financial years. Payment certificates must be submitted along by the bidder must be issued from NRB/Tax Office.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line in the format as specified ePW3-7 of the tenderer shall be Tk. 150 Lakh
5. The Minimum tender capacity of the tenderer shall be Tk. 260 Lakh
6. The Minimum tender security shall be Tk. 8 Lakh.
7. The Tenderer Must possess:
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License
iiv) VAT 10% will be deducted according to the present circular of NBR
