INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
The tender is open to all eligible tenderers who has
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction work shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of Building Construction work having internal electrification and sanitary works and electrical substation work in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 780.00 (Seven hundred eighty) lac in any government/semi government/autonomous organization within last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT.
c) A minimum average annual construction turnover over last 5 years of Tk. 1530.00lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Tk.770.00(Seven hundred seventy) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking for line of credit (form e-PW3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
e) Tender capacity of TK. 1100 Lac (to submit ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information).
f) Have sufficient manpower and equipment to carry out construction and all electrical work.
g) Up to date valid Trade License (FY 2025-26)
h) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
i)Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024-25)
j) Up to date valid ABC category, Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License (FY 2025-26)
k) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) &Tender documents.
l)All documents should be submitted in e-PWD3 STD forms. |
