INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 3 (three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract of similar nature completed successfully with a value of at least of Tk 55.00 (fifty-five point zero zero) Lakh. over a period of last 3 (three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 30.00 (thirty point zero zero) Lakh. over the last (3) three financial years.Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 3 (three) financial years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset i.e. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (must be submit in Form e-PPS2-5) of Tk 35.00 (thirty-five point zero zero) Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. Tenderers shall have the up to date valid License from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) for supply of Manpower.
