INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor/ Sub-contractor/ Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
b) The Minimum Sp. Experience as a Prime/Sub/Management contractor in construction works of at least 01 Nos of similar nature RCC Building Construction works completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 125.00 Lakh (Tk One Hundred & Twenty Five lakh); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 120.00 lakh (Tk One Hundred & Twenty lakh) over the last 5 (five) financial years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Payment Certificates must be submitted along with the tender in support of the construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets/ working capital/ credit line(s) shall be Tk. 60.00 lakh (Tk Sixty lakh). Documents submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose, which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5: Tender & contract form (Form e-PW3-8)
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 150.00 Lakh (One Hundred and Fifty lakh).
f) The Tenderer must submit an up-to-date trade license, income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC/BC, and Electrical Supervisory license from the Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
