INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The Tenderer Must posses ;
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Up-to-date PWD enlistment from Manikganj PWD Division.
v) The mimimum amount of credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lakh must be submitted in the form PW2b-3 from any scheduled bank otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive. Documents submited along with the tender must be issued between publication date and submition date of tender.
vi) Attested copy of documents mentioned in sl. No. i, ii, iii & iv are to be submitted vii) In light of instruction of the BPPA circular no. 136 dated 11.10.2018 of the IMED, the pre-work and post-work video and still image of the defined site must have submittes along with the work done bill, also it is mandatory to show the mentioned documents to the high official during their visit. |
