INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries/ business in electrical works in public sector (Government/Autonomous/Semi-government/ Government utility) as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 5(five) years from the tender opening date.
The Tenderer shall have specific experience for completion of at least 02 (Two) contract of Distribution Support Services (DSS) or Line & Equipment Construction /Maintenance contract focusing mainly 33KV, 11 kV & 415 V voltage level Overhead Lines, Distribution Transformer & Ring Main Unit (RMU) under any public electricity utility in Bangladesh and having a aggregated value of such 2(two) contract of at least Tk 130.0 lacs within last 10 (Ten) years, years counting backward from Tender opening date.
Completion/Performance certificate (mentioning nature of works/service performed, contract value etc. for completed contract; nature of works/service performed, contract value, aggregated certified billed amount under the contract etc. in case of ongoing contract) from End user (any public electricity utility in Bangladesh) are required to be submitted.

The Procuring Entity shall engage Service Providers to maintain its operation smoothly for Schedule and Breakdown Maintenance of 33/11 kV Substation, switching station, 33KV, 11/0.4 kV, 11 kV, 0.4 kV & 0.23 kV Overhead lines, underground cables, 11/0.4 kV distribution transformer, Capacitor bank, Isolator, MCCB and all Distribution Network related equipment and Troubleshooting, maintaining right of way (ROW) & performing others related works with Meter Installation, Reconnection/ disconnection, identification of defaulter/illegal users, consumer’s complain attend, serving notices etc. as required within the jurisdiction of Bhola Electric Supply (ESU) under WZPDCL. Details have been described in Section 7: Performance Specifications and Section 8: Particular Specifications of the tender document. |
