INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractors or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Year counting backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least one contract of RCC frame structure building including civil, internal sanitary & water supply, internal electrification works with a value at least Tk.16.00 (Sixteen point zero) crores in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization successfully completed within the last 10 years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(b).
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be 6.50 (Six point five zero) crores.
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 28.00 (twenty eight point zero zero) crores over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years or the best five years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be 16.00 (Sixteen point zero zero).
6. The tenderer must posses: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate iv) Up to date ABC/BC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB..
7. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS and PCC of tender document.
8. VAT and IT shall be deducted from each bill payment as per the latest NBR instructions. |
