INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC Construction works with a value of at least Tk 10.00 lac through a single contract during last 5 (five) years in any Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12.00 Lac in the last 5 (five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in e-PW2A-8 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 Lac.
6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 11.00 Lac.
7. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iii) ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
(iv) Only submitted Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
