| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience shall be 5 (five) years as a Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/ Management Contractor/ Supplier/Operator/ Service Provider.
ii) Specific Experience:
The tenderer(s) shall have minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor/Nominated Sub-Contractor/Management Contractor in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of infrastructure of similar nature and complexity with a minimum value amounting BDT 45,00,00,000.00 (Forty-Five crore Taka only) completed over a period of last 20 (Twenty) years;
Similar nature and complexity are:
1) Experience in maintenance/construction works of elevated roads/flyovers/bridge with a minimum length of 01 (one) Km.
2) Experience in toll collection using modern electronic toll management system and toll software operation f`or bridge/flyover/highway or software based major infrastructure finance management and its operation and maintenance (O&M).
The above maybe in a single contract or 02 (two) separate contracts.
The Experience should be accepted by authenticated completion certificate issued by the concerned authority, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent;
Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

The specific experience criteria under ITT 13.1(b) shall be amended and read as follows:
Amended Specific Experience Criteria:
The tenderer(s) shall have minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor/Nominated Sub-Contractor/Management Contractor in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of infrastructure of similar nature and complexity with a minimum value amounting to BDT 45,00,00,000.00 (Forty-Five Crore Taka only) successfully completed within a single contract or across a maximum of 02 (two) separate contracts over a period of the last 20 (Twenty) years.
(Note: Years shall be counted backward from the date of the initial publication of the Invitation for Tender [IFT] in the newspaper).
Similar nature and complexity are defined as:
1. Experience in the maintenance or construction works of elevated roads or flyovers or bridges with a minimum length of 500 meters (0.5 Km).
and,
2. Experience in toll collection operations using a modern electronic toll management system and toll software operation for a bridge or flyover or elevated road or highway or software based major infrastructure finance management and its operation and maintenance (O&M).
The above maybe in a single contract or 02 (two) separate contracts.
All participating tenderers shall comply with the qualitative requirements mentioned in Parameter (1) and Parameter (2) above. Bidders are permitted to aggregate the financial value of a maximum of 02 (two) separate qualifying contracts to sum up to the mandatory BDT 45.00 Crore threshold.
The Experience should be accepted by authenticated completion certificate issued by the concerned authority, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent;
