a) General experience in construction works shall be 05 (Five) years. b) Minimum specific experience as a prime or sub or Management contractor in construction works under public sector at least 01 contract of 01 number of RCC frame structure building construction within the last 5 years a value of at least tk 11 crore, Must submit minimum 150 kva substation and 30 kva generator supply works experience in different contract. c) Annual average construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than 16 crore. d) Minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit lines shall be tk 4 crore. e) Minimum tender capacity shall be 15 crore. f) up to date trade licence, VAT Registration, Income Tax certificate, ABC contactor and supervisor licence.
