INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The Tenderer shall have
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electro-mechanical works shall be 03 (Three) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in electro-mechanical works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of completion of external electrification works of a building having Sub-station, Generator, Solar system etc successfully completed within last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 370 (Three Hundred Seventy) Lac only.
a. specific experience, of the entity(s) participating in the Tender, in electro-mechanical works under public sector of similar nature and size as stated, substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s);
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 700.00 (Seven Hundred) Lac within the best 5 (five) years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 400.00 (Four Hundred) Lac .
5.The minimum tender capacity should be TK. 500.00 (Five Hundred) lac only.
All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Tender Documents and upload sections (Section-6). If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the bidder will be non-responsive. |
