INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction work as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor . (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of fire protection and detection system successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 140.00 (One hundred and forty) Lac only. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities Tk. 130.00 (One hundred and Thirty) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by BPPA.
(d) The minimum tender capacity not less than TK. 130.00 (One hundred and thirty) lac only.
(e) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 240.00 (Two hundred and forty) Lac within the last 05 years.
(f) Up-to-date valid ABC Category Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License.
(g) Up-to-date valid Trade License, valid TIN and VAT Registration Certificate, and up-to-date valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(h) An assurance certificate declaring explicitly to perform the job within time duly.
(i) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet |
