Transaction Advisor conducting a comprehensive Feasibility Study:
a) The core task is to evaluate the development of international tourism facilities at the Hotel Shaibal site in Cox's Bazar using a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. b)Responsibilities begin with extensive physical and market data collection, stakeholder consultations, demand assessments and legal due diligence.
c)The advisor shall determine the project's technical feasibility, zoning and land use plans, infrastructure requirements and eco-friendly architectural designs.
d)The scope mandates complete Environmental and Social Impact Assessments to ensure sustainable, compliant, and community-conscious development.
e)Rigorous financial modeling is required to assess economic viability, formulate the optimum PPP transaction structure, and conduct a Value for Money (VfM) analysis. f)Following the feasibility study, the consultant will manage the procurement process, including drafting RFPs, facilitating market engagement and supporting financial close. g)Finally, the task includes executing capacity-building initiatives, such as organizing offshore study tours and training seminars for relevant government officials. |
