| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your Proposal dated July 30, 2026 for the execution of the Consulting Services for the package ‘EGPP+ Third-Party Spot Monitoring & Evaluation’ (Package No: BCRSR/SF-2A) for the Contract Price of BDT 1,50,22,450.00 (One Crore Fifty Lac Twenty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty) only as evaluated and negotiated in accordance with the Instructions to Consultants, has been approved by the competent authority. You are, thus, requested to take following actions: i. sign the Contract within 14 (Fourteen) days of issuance of this letter but no later than 16 September 2026 in accordance with PPR 2025 This Contract will become effective on the date mentioned in the SCC. You may proceed with the execution of the Services upon completion of the above tasks and the contract being effective.
