This is to notify you that your Proposal dated November 30, 2020 for Design, Development & Deployment of “DSDL Software Application-7: Committee Information Management System’ (SD-53)” for “Development of ICT Infrastructure, Human Resources and Technology Skills of Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat (2nd Revised) Project” at the Contract price of Tk. 24,43,686 (Twenty Four Lac Forty Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Six Taka) including VAT & TAX as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director, Development of ICT Infrastructure, Human Resources and Technology Skills of Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat (2nd Revised) Project.
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i) accept in writing the Notification of Award within 07 (seven) days of its issuance.
ii) furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 97,748 (Ninety Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Eight Taka) within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter but not later than January 28, 2021.
iii) sign the Contract within 28 (Twenty) days of issuance of this Notification
of Award but not later than February 11, 2021.
You may proceed with the execution for Design, Development & Deployment of “DSDL Software Application-7: Committee Information Management System’ (SD-53)” only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
