INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply
of Goods and related services as Supplier shal be [5] years. Years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods
(Scientific equipment/Laboratory analytical equipment) of at least [01] contract
successfuly completed within the last [03] years, each with a value of at least
Tk. [115 lakh]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in
the e-GP System. The proof of experience submitted by the tenderer for
Specific Experience should be signed by the officer of govt./semi
govt./autonomous organization.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working
capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of
them, of the Tenderers shal be Tk [135 Lakh].
4. Tenderer must have to submit: (i) Updated trade license, ( i) VAT registration
certificate, ( i) Updated Income Tax Clearance/Acknowledgement certificate.
5. Other Eligibility of Tenderer as per TDS. |
