INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electrical/ Electronic Goods, Fire Detection System Installation Works shall be 10(Ten) years.
(b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Detection Alarm System with Integrated Digital Voice Evacuation System works in a two work order amounting not less than TK.7.00 ( Seven) Crore during the last 05(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization/International organizations/ Registered Limited companies/Private organizations in Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The Tenderers shall have to furnish work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/organization.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.11.00(Eleven) Crore only. In case of credit facilities, Bank shall ensure that the above mentioned credit limit will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor.
(d) i) Up-to date Trade License, ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, iii) VAT Registration Certificate, iv) Electrical Contractor License, v) Manufacturers Authorization letter vi) Electrical Supervisor License.
(e) Tenderer shall have to fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Documents; failing which the Tender shall be rejected and considered as non-responsive.
