INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Only the genuine Seed Companies/ Suppliers with own Research, Production, Dehumidified Storage, Country-wide Marketing network and have proven records of Seed import & export who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience to produce/supplying of similar goods (Vegetables Seeds).
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Vegetables Seeds) of minimum 32,500,000.00 (Three Crore Twenty Five Lakh) BDT under maximum three contracts in the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Vegetables Seeds or similar goods) in any government/semi government/ autonomous body/international organization under three number of contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 32,500,000.00 (Three Crore Twenty Five Lakh) only.
3. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is taka 32,500,000.00 (Three Crore Twenty Five Lakh) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank.
4. Producer himself or his authorized supplier can participate in the Tender.
5. Updated ISO 9001:2015 standardization certificates with current validity in favor of the Producer/Supplier of goods are mandatory to be submitted with the offer.
6. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
7. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS). |
