| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Only Local Manufacturer/Genuine Importer/Sole Agent/Suppliers who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of Manufacturing/Supply experience of similar goods (Fertilizers).
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (fertilizers) in any government/ semi government/autonomous body/International organization of minimum BDT 2,60,00,000.00 (Two crore sixty lac taka) only under maximum three contracts in the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is BDT 3,00,00,000.00 (Taka Three crore) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank.
4. Manufacturer himself or his authorized supplier can participate in the Tender.
5. ISO Certificates with current validity in favor of manufacturers of goods are mandatory.
6. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
7. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS). |
