| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Only Local Manufacturer/Genuine Importer/Sole Agent/Suppliers who have minimum 05 (five) years of Manufacturing/Supply experience of similar goods (HDPE Garden Jar/Jhajri/Watering Cans for Homestead Vegetable Gardening (HVG).
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (HDPE Garden Jar/Jhajri/Watering Cans) for Homestead Vegetable Gardening (HVG) of minimum 60,00,000.00 (Sixty lac) BDT under maximum Two contracts in the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Manufacturer/Supplier in supplying of similar Goods in any government/ semi government/autonomous body/organization under a single number of contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty lac) only.
3. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is taka 65,00,000.00 (Sixty Five lac) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank.
4. Manufacturer himself or his authorized supplier can participate in the Tender.
5. ISO Certificates with current validity in favor of manufacturers of goods are mandatory.
6. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
7. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
