| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Only Local Manufacturer/Genuine Importer/Sole Agent/Suppliers who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience of Manufacturing/Supply of Nylon/Polyester/Nylon & Polyester mixed Garden Net or similar goods for Homestead Vegetable Garden (HVG) Fencing.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Nylon/Polyester/Nylon & Polyester mixed Garden Net) of minimum 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore) BDT under maximum 03 (Three) contracts in the last 05 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Manufacturer/Supplier in supplying of similar Goods in any government/ semi government/autonomous body/International organization under maximum three numbers of contract successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore) only.
3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Nylon/Polyester/Nylon & Polyester mixed Garden Net with rope for Homestead Vegetable Garden fencing and 2,00,000kg supply and/or production capacity per year.
4. The Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is taka 2,50,00,000.00 (BDT Two Crore fifty lac) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank.
5. Manufacturer himself or his authorized supplier can participate in the Tender.
6. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
7. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS). |
