INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply
of Electro-Mechanical Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05
(Five) Years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Generator of at
least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five)
years, each with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lac. in Govt. / Semi-
Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Private Organization of Bangladesh. (i) The Work
Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the
Concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) The Work Done other than PWD, The
Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Engineer/Executing
Agency/Office Head/Designated Personnel.
c) The Minimum Amount of Financial Resources as Liquid Asset or Working
Capital or Credit Line(s) or Specific Credit Commitment or in any Combination
of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 30.00 (Thirty) Lac. (Must be Issued
Within Publication of IFT in e-GP System to the Last Date of Lodgment of the
Tender and must be Followed by the Appropriate Format in the Form of e-
PG2-7).
d) Manufacturer’s Authorisation is required for all the items listed in Price
Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG2-3A).
e) The Tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate (Up-to-date 13 Digit BIN).
(iv) Up-to-date ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Supervisor License
from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
All Other Conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT, GCC, Section 1 to 6 of Document
Part and All Necessary Documents Must Submit in e-PG2 Format. Otherwise,
Tenderer will be Rejected. Any Ambiguity between Tender Data Sheet (TDS),
PCC and Tender Notice; Information of Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & PCC will
Prevail in All Respect. |
