INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. A minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger/ Bed Lift and related services (Supply, Installation and commissioning of Lift) of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least TK. 350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty) Lac for each lot under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concem Executive Engineer.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 450.00 (Four Hundred Fifty) Lac.
4. A Manufacturer's Authorization Letter for Type-B lift of PWD E/M SOR 2022 (revised) is required as per TDS.
5. The tender must possess: (i) TIN Certificate (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. (iii) Up-to-date trade license. (iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
6. Necessary supporting documents must be submitted along with the Tender. All other document as mentioned in TDS and detail specification of Lift.
