INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience.
2)The Tenderer Shall have specific experience in successful completion of similer work (supply and installation of Lift) not l less than Tk. 60.00 Lac in a single agreement within the last 5 (Five) years from the date of publication of IFT. Year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 Lac.
4) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
5) The tenderer must have supply and installation capacity of 2 lifts per year in last 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
6)The Tenderer shall have IRC Certificate for importingf Foreign equipment and materials.
7) The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization, Technical Specification, Operation manual and Catalogue for proposed brand of Lift
8)The Bidder shall submit spare parts assurance certificate from Lift Manufacturer.
9) In Case of proposed brand other than mentioned in PWD SOR 2022, the Bidder must submit Equivalent Certificate from PWD EM P&D Zone, Dhaka. Otherwise bidder will be treated as Non-responsive.
10) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender. |
