INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 10 (Ten) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, the cumulative value of which should be minimum 1,50,00,000/- (one crore and fifty Lac BDT), where at least one supply of similar goods to the World Bank or any other International Development Agency with a minimum value of Tk. 50 (Fifty) Lac BDT.
3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Tk 5,00,00,000/- (five crore BDT) worth per year.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 2,00,00,000/- (two crore BDT).
5. Manufacturer/bidder should have ISO Certificate (ISO 9001:2015), Certificate of CE, FCC and RoHS for the goods to be supplied with current validity in favour of the manufacturer.
6. In case the bidder is not the manufacturer of the goods, manufacturer's authorization letter is needed. |

is mainly meant for the manufacturer.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or
working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any
combination of them of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20000000 two
crore BDT
5. Manufacturer bidder should have ISO Certificate ISO 9001 2015
Certificate of CE, FCC and RoHS for the goods to be supplied with
current validity in favour of the manufacturer Specific ISO certificate
is applicable for the specific product.
6. In case the bidder is not the manufacturer of the goods,
manufacturers authorization letter is needed.
7. Audited balance sheet not mandatory for proprietorship firm |
