INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the Goods and related services under the contract:
(a) General Experience of minimum 5 (five) years in the electro-mechanical works and years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract of supply, Installations, Testing and Commissioning of similar nature lift successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 Lakh (Sixty lakh) in a single contract in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/private organization in Bangladesh.In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 70.00 Lakh (Tk Seventy Lakh) .In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.
(d) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: equal to the proposed supply requirement.
(e) The Tenderer shall submit the following additional documents:
1) Trade license, ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license, Income tax clearance certificate with TIN, VAT Registration, Authorization letter from lift manufacturer, The bidder shall give the assurance from the manufacturing company to supply of spare parts for minimum 20 years and this assurance must be authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce/ Ministry of Commerce/ Ministry of foreign affairs of the concerned manufacturing Country,One Year service warranty including spare parts, Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from lift manufacturer, Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed lift, any other documents as per IFT, TDS, PCC, and special conditions. |
