INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer for the assignment should have to meet the following requirements:
i. The Tenderer shall have duly fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and other statutory dues under the laws of Bangladesh. Relevant legal documents such as valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Income Tax Return/Certificate, and other applicable statutory documents must be updated.
ii. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 7 (seven) years’ general experience as a Non-Consulting Service Provider in contracting industries in the public sector, whether as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor, counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT.
iii. The Tenderer shall have specific experience as a Prime Contractor in successfully providing vehicle supply services with drivers and fuel under at least 2 (two) similar contracts during the last 3 (three) years, each having a contract value of not less than Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakh.
