INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
1. Authorization Letter to submit the Tender on behalf of the Tenderer.
2. National ID of the Authorized Person.
3. Each Tenderer/Service provider must submit a declaration stating that within the first 7 days of each month, the salary of staffs and labour has to be paid in their Bank Account at the rate fixed by Government. At the time of bill submission, the bank statement of individual staff must be attached. In failure to provide above declaration the tenderer will be non-responsive.
4. Up-to-date Trade License.
5. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate authenticated by NBR.
6. Digital BIN Registration Certificate.
7. Liquid Assets Certificate in prescribed format.
8. CV of each of the proposed manpower and contract supervisor (including photograph, NID, address, personal details, Bank Account Documents etc).
9. Tenderer are instructed to submit the up-to-date Factory License for supply of Manpower. The contract shall be executed in accordance with the Service Procurement Policy through Outsourcing Process, 2025
b. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in providing Manpower for Support Services at Govt. Offices, with a contract value of at least Tk. 90.00 (Ninty) Lakh; under a single
contract; completed successfully within 01 (One) year, over a period of last 05 (Five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of this tender] shall be required.) |
