a. Intending firm have to submit the following documents along with e-REOI.
b. Minimum 08 (Eight) years of relevant experience in designing and developing Web-based Database Application and Software.
c. Must have 05 (Five) applications/software/e-governance/e-service solution design, development and implementation experience including 02 (Two) government related work (Must provide URL, Work Order, and Completion Certificate).
d. The firm needs to show yearly turnover of at least 50 (Fifty) Lac Taka supported by appropriate documents.
e. Background of the firm with brochure summarizing facilities, area of experience, administrative strength, CV of Key professionals, logistics and financial capacity, general information including legal documents etc.
f. The firm should have valid up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate and Incorporation Certificate.
g. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) is 50 (Fifty) Lac Taka.
h. Must have a BASIS Membership.
i. Must have experience with android and iOS based mobile app development
j. Experience with development of Integrated Library Management Software would be considered as an added advantage.
k. The Firm will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules-2025. |
